Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. By placing an order with Novobio, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these Terms & Conditions, which apply to all orders placed or to be placed with Novobio for the sale and supply of any products. None of these Terms & Conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to these conditions will be binding unless agreed to in writing and signed by Novobio.

In such cases, Novobio will take all reasonable steps to minimise disruption and communicate with affected customers as soon as practicable.

3. Payment

All products remain the property of Novobio until full payment is received.
The applicable price is the one displayed on our website at the time you place your order.
Shipping costs and any payment processing fees are disclosed prior to purchase confirmation.

All transactions are processed through secure third-party gateways to ensure your protection.
Card information is transmitted over SSL encryption and never stored by Novobio.

4. Product Classification and Compliance

Novobio distributes both cosmetic products and medical devices.

  • Cosmetic products are regulated under AICIS and the ACCC in Australia and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

  • Medical devices distributed by Novobio are entered in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG)and comply with applicable TGA standards.

Practitioners are responsible for ensuring products are used according to their intended purpose and regulatory classification.

Due to the professional-use and sterile nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once items have been opened or used.
